Refund policy

14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. You don’t need to explain why, though we’re grateful if you tell us what didn’t work so we can fix it.

How to request a refund

1. Contact us (choose “Refund”) or email info@authoritymartmedia.com, or simply reply to your license email.
2. Include the email address you paid with, and your order reference if you have it.
3. We process refunds within 2 business days. The money goes back to your original payment method, which usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

What happens to the license

When a refund is issued, the license key is deactivated and EraseMyBG returns to preview mode on every Mac it was activated on. Images you already exported are yours to keep.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days are generally not refundable. If something is genuinely broken and we can’t fix it, write to us anyway: we look at every case individually.

Who processes your payment

Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and invoices. Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method. Your bank statement shows a charge from Dodo Payments for EraseMyBG.

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
