• Purchased credits cannot be refunded.
• Credits can only be used on EraseMyBG.com.
• Credits are non-transferable.
• Credits are valid for one year from the date of last purchase.

2. Refunds for Failed Transactions

• Only failed transactions where the amount has been deducted from the user's bank account will be refunded.
• Refunds for failed transactions will be processed within seven (7) working days to the source account.

3. Validity of Credits

Purchased credits must be used within one year from the date of last purchase. Any unused credits after this period will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.
